This website is owned and operated by Exquisite Porcelain. The Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services offered by us. This website offers visitors hire services for events.

By accessing the website or using the website with our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be compliant with these terms. 

In order to use this website you need to be at least 18 years of age otherwise no booking or enquiry will take place. 

 

The prices we charge for using our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing can be discussed over the phone or email enquiry, the contact details are provided on the website.

 

We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

No aggressive or threatening behaviour will be accepted. In that case your order may be terminated or cancelled.

We will deliver our products all over England, orders over £150.00 will be delivered free of charge. Otherwise a delivery charge fee may be charged to your original order price. In that case we will contact you anyway to explain all delvery charges as there is no hidden fees.

Please note the full order price must be payed to us before we will send the product.

To cancel an existing order please conact us on info@exquisiteporcelain.com.

If you are unhappy or unsatisfied with our product please contact us within 7 working days to arrange a collection or refound if applicable. Product must be unused and not damaged in any way for us to accept it back.
